In this role, you will be:* Deliver comprehensive training on Caterpillar MineStar technologies.* Conduct on-site training sessions for maintenance teams, and other mine site personnel.* Deliver training programs to align with customer operations and site-specific conditions.* Support the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and guides.* Collaborate closely with customers, site supervisors, OEM partners, and internal technology teams to support continuous improvement.* Stay up to date with the latest Caterpillar Technology solutions including - current products, software updates, hardware integrations, and best practices.
