FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Logistics Material Controller based in Glendenning. July commencement for a 12 month opportunity.

Monday-Friday $40.56ph
n 7.30am-3.30pm

About the Role
n Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Material Controller will be a part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results.

n

Your contribution to the team includes:

n

n
- Inbound phone calls (both general line and for customer delivery/return bookings)
n
- Slot Manager and schedueling responsibilities (booking in couriers and customers inbound/outbound)
n
- Schedule trucking transport
n
- Purchase Orders
n
- Ad Hoc follow ups (invoicing/accounts)
n
- Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.
n
- Assist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts
n

About You

n

n
- Full working rights
n
- Ideally logistics knowledge including transport scheduling.
n




- Technically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
n
- Experience in customer service
n
- Robust attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills
n
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
n
- Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong work ethics, open and reliable
n
- Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
n
