Central Pet is a division of the Cenversa group of companies, specialising in the distribution of high-quality products across all pet needs. We have an excellent opportunity for aPart-Time, Customer Service Representative, located in Huntingwood, NSW. The role is 3 days per week: Monday to Thursday, flexible.

Duties:

n

Processing of sales orders received via telephone and electronically

n

Ensuring KPI's and targets are met

n

Maintaining contact with customers from order through to delivery - especially if there are any delays in supply or shipping

n

Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

n

Keeping in touch with existing customers, advising of product promotions and sales

n

Providing administration support to the sales team

n

Assisting in marketing activities

n

Skills & Experience:

n

Previous experience in a customer service environment

n

Previous experience in the pet, vet or animal industries advantageous

n

Ability to multitask whilst working to strict deadlines

n

High level of attention to detail

n

Maintain a strong and positive 'can do' attitude

n

High level of communication skills and rapport-building ability over the telephone

n

Solid work ethic, integrity and service orientation

n

Very driven and motivated
