We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Wholesale Parts Interpreter to join our Parts department located in Taren Point. As a wholesale parts interpreter, you will be assisting our trade customers.

This position is Permanent Full-Time; Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities: n

n
- Sales, stock control & administration duties relating to automotive replacement parts
n
- Respond to customer enquiries via counter, telephone and email providing product advice and technical parts support
n
- Preparing quotes & parts documentation
n
- Working closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, ensuring productivity and efficiency
n




- Selling automotive products and services
n

About you: nn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
n
- Previous experience in Automotive Parts - highly regarded
n
- A passion for all things Automotive is a must!
n
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual
n
- Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
n
- Able to take instructions
n
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service; in particular when dealing with our clients
n
- Great communication skills and strong attention to detail
n
- Robust computer skills – experience using ERA Power/NET, Pentana and Reynolds software’s – highly regarded
n
- Current NSW Driver's License
n
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
