At Connective, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to help deliver compelling communications and marketing initiatives that support our members, attract new brokers and strengthen our brand.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Brand, Content and Communications, you’ll play a key role in planning, developing and delivering communications and campaigns across a range of channels.

n

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather information, shape messaging and deliver engaging content that drives awareness, engagement and action.

n

From member communications and product updates through to campaigns, presentations, social media and digital content, you’ll help ensure our communications are accurate, relevant, timely and aligned to the Connective brand.

n

What You’ll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop and execute marketing communications and campaigns that support member engagement, broker recruitment and key business initiatives.
n
- Create compelling content across email, web, social media, presentations, blogs,



video scripts and internal communications.
n
- Translate complex business, product and industry information into clear, engaging and audience-focused messaging.
n
- Manage communications and campaigns from brief through to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, approvals and creative assets.
n
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the business to gather insights and develop effective communication strategies.
n
- Analyse campaign and communication performance, using data and audience feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Ensure all communications align with Connective’s brand, tone of voice and customer experience standards.
n
- Stay ahead of marketing, communications, digital and AI trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

You’ll Bring

n

n
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
n
- Approximately 5+ years’ experience in communications, content, marketing or campaign-focused roles.
n
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
n




- Experience delivering integrated communications and campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
n
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
n
- The ability to simplify complex information into engaging, audience-focused content.
n
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n

- Experience within financial services, professional services or a B2B environment.
n
- Email marketing, marketing automation or CRM experience.
n
- Knowledge of digital publishing platforms and campaign reporting.
