Delivering direct nursing care to community-based clients across the Eyre and Far North Community & Allied Health service, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key responsibilities

- Contributing to individualised care plans, monitoring patient progress, and escalating changes in clinical condition appropriately.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including allied health professionals, GPs, and community support workers.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with EFNLHN policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards.
