We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing your designated kitchen section while ensuring the consistent preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality meals. You will lead your allocated section by supervising, coordinating and supporting junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control and timely service during busy trading periods. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to maintain efficient service and uphold Little Mali's high culinary standards.
