Mars is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive brand presence and category growth across assigned retail outlets in Australia. You will own your territory, lead merchandising execution, and build solid retailer relationships to deliver on our Perfect Store ambitions.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager - WA, SA, TAS, you will manage CRM data, monitor KPIs, and work independently in the field with a customer-centric, financially aware mindset.
