You will collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager, Associate Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary team to support safe care delivery, clinical excellence and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

- Working across a range of admission pathways, including elective surgery, Emergency Department, ICU, RMH@Home and inter-hospital transfers, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with diverse and complex needs.
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care in accordance with RMH policies, procedures and professional standards.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients across the surgical journey.
- Provide high-quality pre and post-operative care to patients across Urology, Vascular, Breast Oncology and Endocrinology specialties.

What you need

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA.
- Minimum 3 years of acute nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, reasoning and prioritisation skills.
