The role provides clinical oversight of the three services located in Peacock Centre (Peacock House, the Integration Hub and the Protected Haven).

Key responsibilities

- The role must ensure that Peacock Centre is aligned within the model of care for the service, as well as ensuring it works collegially with other mental health services to ensure optimal operation and outcomes for consumers.
- This role is expected to take part in an out of hours on call roster.

What you need

- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary evidence based mental health service provision and extensive post-graduate clinical service delivery experience in the context of a multidisciplinary mental health team.
- Significant management experience in a community mental health setting and the capacity to provide leadership and vision to instil the principles and goals of Tasmanian Mental Health Reform Program and key documents specific to the Peacock Centre site.
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
