The Prospect

This a unique role that involves accounting, management of the accounting team and practice management of the firm.

The Responsibilities Include All Of The Below

- Preparing the financial statements and tax returns for the clients.
- Allocating jobs appropriately to the other team members.
- Supporting the team with their work, answering any queries they might have to ensure the jobs are on time.
- Managing client relationships.
- Reviewing work of the team.
- Supporting the Partner with practice management responsibilities. The more you can do on this as well as the accounting, the better it helps the Partner focus on growth.

You would be the right-hand person of the Partner.
