We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing professional with strong Refrigeration expertise to join our teaching team and help develop the future workforce.

Whether you're an experienced trainer or an industry professional exploring a new direction, we'll support you to transition into vocational education and build a rewarding career where your knowledge and experience can make a genuine difference.

Drawing on your industry expertise, you'll deliver engaging, practical training that equips apprentices with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in today’s plumbing and refrigeration industries. You'll bring real-world experience into the classroom and workshop,



helping students connect what they learn with current industry practices and expectations.

This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with meaningful work, supporting students as they develop the capabilities needed for successful and sustainable careers in the trade.

About you

You will bring:

- Strong Refrigeration experience and current industry knowledge.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting others to learn and grow.
- The ability to build positive relationships with apprentices, employers and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high industry, quality and safety standards.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a willingness to complete the qualification with NVITAFE support

No previous teaching experience is required.
