Key responsibilities

- The Connection Support Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of national digital health infrastructure connections for software developers, healthcare provider organisations, and mobile application providers.
- Lead and coordinate connection and implementation activities for software developers, healthcare provider organisations, and mobile application providers integrating with national digital health infrastructure.
- Provide advice and support to stakeholders on Agency conformance requirements, technical standards, security obligations, and implementation processes.




- Build and maintain effective relationships with software vendors, external technical partners, and internal Agency teams to facilitate successful connection outcomes.
