Flourish Australia is seeking an NDIS Mental Health Officer based at Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde, with travel across the Northern Sydney Local Health District. Closed-term full time until 30 June 2027 (possible extension) and Monday to Friday.

The role aims to improve access to the NDIS for people with psychosocial disability, identify eligible individuals, assist with NDIS planning and utilisation, and build staff capability across LHD teams while collaborating with NDIA and other providers.
