- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help drive creative programs and service improvements that enhance patient outcomes and the delivery of chronic liver disease care.

What you need

- Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Registered Nurse and or Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience.
- Demonstrated experience and competence in Chronic Disease Management.
