Monitor project standards, service quality, expenditure and delivery timeframes to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate regional resources to support the effective delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade projects.
- Supervise contractors, field staff and office-based teams involved in planned and responsive works.
- Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of service maintenance, facilities and traditional works programs.
- Maintain solid working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience supervising construction, maintenance, facilities or asset-related works.
- Strong understanding of building construction, maintenance practices, contract procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resources, contractors and project deadlines.
