Westpac in Brisbane is seeking a Business Development Manager to act as the critical link between Westpac and our mortgage broker partners, ensuring they understand our value and actively promote Westpac to clients. You’ll work with a core group of brokers while tapping into a broader chance pool, owning broker NPS and settlement targets by managing these relationships.

You will manage and expand an active broker portfolio, educate on policy and product, and coach on loan structuring.
