Business Development Executive - NSW/ACT ArcticStore

Titan Containers Pty Ltd – Chipping Norton NSW

TITAN Containers is looking for a proven B2B hunter to take ownership of ArcticStore's rental growth across NSW & ACT.

This is not a role where you'll simply manage an existing customer base. You'll have a territory to build, a market to develop and the freedom to go after the opportunities you believe can win.

ArcticStore provides flexible refrigerated storage solutions to businesses across food, pharmaceutical, logistics, warehousing, events and industrial sectors — markets where capacity, temperature control and flexibility are critical.

What you'll own

Build a high-quality NSW & ACT prospect pipeline

Identify and win new customers through proactive outbound selling

Develop relationships with decision-makers and turn them into opportunities

Convert inbound enquiries and manage deals from first contact to close

Grow successful accounts through repeat business, upselling and cross-selling

Visit customers and sites to understand their requirements

Work with our technical and operations teams to deliver the right solution

Take ownership of your territory, pipeline and sales results





What makes you successful here?

You're a commercially minded sales qualified who likes hunting.

You have:

5+ years' B2B sales/business development experience

A proven record of generating and closing new business

Confidence prospecting, negotiating and asking for the sale

Strong commercial judgement and relationship-building skills

Experience in technical, industrial, refrigeration, equipment hire, logistics or similar markets is advantageous

CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

The flexibility to travel across NSW & ACT

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
