You will provide advanced clinical assessment and intervention, with a strong focus on improving both the functional communication capacity of the child or young person and the capability of the care system supporting them.This role also involves district-wide consultation, systemic care coordination, and contributing to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical supervision.

Key responsibilities

- The role sits within a agile, specialist mental health team and includes opportunities to work across NSW, with some travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area required.
- As a Senior Speech Pathologist (Level 3), you will play a key leadership role in delivering and overseeing high-quality speech pathology services for children and young people with complex mental health, trauma, and attachment-related presentations stemming from experiences of abuse and neglect.

What you need
