The Opportunity
SEE Group have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a WHS Advisor and play a key role in shaping a strong, positive safety culture across the business. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a energetic environment, build strong relationships with people at all levels, and make a genuine impact through continuous improvement and best-practice safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Providing onsite support,



upskilling and facilitation of incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Partnering with project team to support proactive management of key health and safety risks and providing advice in line with WHS Management System.
- Conduct WHS Audits and report on findings
- Implementation and WHS strategies, initiatives, training and coaching.
- Coordination of site-based health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in all areas of the WHS function.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Hold a Diploma in WHS and Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE) (desirable)
- Previous experience on Civil Construction projects
