In this role, you'll:

- Keep our fleet moving by ensuring maintenance teams have the parts, materials and resources they need to deliver safe, reliable and on-schedule maintenance.
- You’ll coordinate supply chain and warehouse operations, managing inventory, rotable spares, repairable spares, dispatch activities, SAP transactions and resource allocation to support daily business needs.
- You’ll be a trusted support partner, coordinating procurement, equipment calibration, asset configuration management and facilities management services while resolving issues and providing responsive support to maintenance teams.
- This role is based in Hornsby and requires an on-site work presence. This is a shift-based role, requiring flexibility as you will be part of a team working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

About You

customer service and problem-solving skills, you build positive working relationships and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work.
- You remain calm under pressure, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- You’ll also bring experience in a technical based engineering environment, warehousing, inventory management and/or supply chain operations, along with proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office applications and technical catalogues.
- You value working safely in and around difficult environments and prioritise a safety-first attitude.
- A forklift licence and current NSW Class C driver's licence are essential.
