Job Description

JLL in Melbourne is seeking a Facilities Manager/Administrator to oversee the maintenance management system, facility operations, and service contracts for a distributed portfolio. You will coordinate with the Facility Management team, manage work orders, and liaise with maintenance technicians and third-party providers.

The role requires a university degree in FM/BSE/CRE and 3–5 years of FM experience, with solid communication and IT skills.
