Your Role

- Achieving Finance & Insurance KPI’s by maximising opportunities
- Working closely with Sales Consultants to manage leads and close vehicle sales
- Managing customer finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
- Building strong customer relationships




- Delivering an exceptional buying experience
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation
- Contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture

What we are looking for

- Proven experience as a successful Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager
- Commercially driven and motivated to earn
- A strong track record of achieving results
- Ability to build relationships and close business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understands the importance of compliance and attention to detail
- Works well with Sales and thrives in a team environment
- Experience with ERA, FinanceConnect and LeadDriver is advantageous, but not essential.
