We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced Team Managers to join our growing sales teams across all offices!

Working closely with the lead agent and their team, you'll play a key role in keeping the team running seamlessly while building your own capability in a fast-paced environment. This role offers genuine career progression, hands-on exposure to high-quality campaigns, and the opportunity to grow within Australia's #1 Agency, backed by industry-leading systems, training and support.

As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

- Effective and efficient project management, including the coordination of listings, sales campaigns, marketing, and stakeholder communication (trades, conveyancers and brokers)
- Day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring seamless execution and high performance
- Delivery of exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and a premium client experience throughout the sales process

Who you are:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate in a similar role (desirable)
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
- Solid technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
