The Kinship Engagement worker role within Victoria's kinship care program focuses on identifying the needs of children, young people and their carers, stabilising and supporting kinship placements, and providing ongoing support through early identification of placement vulnerabilities.
You will act as a central point of contact for carer concerns, collaborate with DHS partners and external stakeholders, and contribute to brokerage funding decisions to assist placements and families.
