About the Role
Working across both public and private hospitals, you will be responsible for providing clinical education, supporting product implementation and developing strong relationships with nurses, doctors and surgeons.
You will work closely with the Territory Management and broader commercial teams to support the successful rollout and ongoing use of the company's medical devices and products.
This is a 6-month contract, commencing ASAP, with the potential for extension based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical education and product training to nurses and healthcare professionals
- Support the rollout and implementation of medical devices and associated products
- Demonstrate correct product use and provide practical education within hospital environments
- Deliver reactive training and education as required
- Build strong relationships with nurses, doctors, surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Support customer enquiries and follow up on outstanding requirements and purchase orders
- Assist with customer and account management activities
- Work collaboratively with Territory Managers and internal teams
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to support customer and business needs
- Travel throughout the allocated territory to support hospitals and customers
About You
We are open to a range of clinical backgrounds. You may be a:
- Registered Nurse looking for a part-time chance
- Nurse returning to the workforce
- Experienced or retired nurse seeking flexible work
- Healthcare professional with a clinical or medical background
- Recent nursing graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinician interested in developing a career in medical devices and clinical education
You will be someone who is professional, personable and confident when representing a global medical technology company within a hospital environment.
You will also have the ability to:
- Communicate clearly and confidently with healthcare professionals
- Build rapport with nurses, doctors and surgeons
- Deliver engaging and practical product education
- Learn recent products and clinical applications quickly
- Communicate information clearly and concisely
- Manage your time effectively while working independently
- Travel regularly throughout the territory
- Represent the company professionally at all times

The Territory
This role will cover a broad regional NSW territory, including:
Newcastle, Hunter New England, Maitland, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie
Travel throughout the region will be an important part of the role. You will require your own vehicle with valid insurance.
