You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards by evaluating candidate suitability from initial contact through to interviews and reference checks. Key ResponsibilitiesScreen incoming job applications and manage candidate workflow. Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and sector fit. Perform detailed reference checks with previous employer management. Make accurate suitability assessments to ensure candidates meet regulatory and operational standards.Skills & Experience RequiredECEC Expertise: Direct experience or strong working knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.Attention to detail:



strong eye for detail and ability to follow a thorough processAssessment Capability: Proven ability to evaluate skills, soft skills, and compliance for childcare placementsRisk management: strong risk management skillsCommunication: Clear, skilled verbal and written communication for interviews and reference gathering.
