Operations Admin - Experienced or Trainee

National Logistics Pty Ltd is a growing family-owned transport company. Our head office is in Melbourne with depots in Sydney and Brisbane.

We moved into our Rocklea depot a little over a year ago, and we are looking to expand our team.

This is an operations admin role working closely with our allocator and state manager. We are open to experienced applicants or a trainee with a willingness to learn and the right attitude.

Someone with experience would ideally have experience with the following:

- Assisting customers with their enquiries
- Booking timeslots.
- Dealing with contractor drivers.
- Allocating.
- Experience with Transvirtual (preferred but not essential)

Or a trainee with a positive attitude. At the beginning,



primary tasks will include, but not be limited to;

- Answering incoming customer calls
- Tracking and Tracing Freight
- Booking Timeslots
- Manifesting
- Reviewing Runsheet’s

The ideal candidate would have:

- Driver's licence
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Good work ethic

The right candidate will, over time, have the prospect to learn allocations, pallet control, transport and warehouse management systems, contractor management and more.

We are flexible on salary depending on experience.
