Senior Showroom Sales Consultant role reporting to the Store Manager. Retail sales assistants are the front line to the business and are expected to reflect the business, brand and attitudes.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and greet all internal and external customers (phone and store)

Educate customers on products contained within the store

Gather and understand a customer's needs and wants

Ask for people's business

Have a basic understanding of reading a plan

Liaise with the warehouse and installers to convey any specific requirements a customer may have

Order carpet either over the phone or through a B2B system

Use a bookings system to coordinate installations

Take payments and utilise POS systems

Follow up with clients for google reviews and referrals

About you





Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendars

Ability to compile paperwork for processing by administration and warehouse

Understand and achieve sales targets

Ability to work within a team workplace based on respect and enjoying time whilst in the workplace

Existing skill sets capable of delivering on all primary responsibilities
