Due to continued growth, we're expanding our operations team and are looking for a Solar & Battery InstallationOperations Managerto take ownership of projects from sales handover through to completion, ensuring every installation is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and technically strong Battery and Solar Installation Operations Manager to join our growing team based in Rowville.





The position is predominantly office-based management, while working alongside our sales, service, installation and administration teams.

This role wouldsuit an experienced, qualified Solar & BatteryInstaller currently workingon the toolsand looking toprogress into management, or an experiencedProject Coordinator readyto take thenext step intheir career.

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll work alongside six installation teams and collaborate closely with sales, administration and service.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end managementof solar andbattery installations fromsales handover throughto completion.

Lead, support anddevelop six installationteams to ensureprojects are deliveredsafely, efficiently andto the highestquality standard.

Provide technicalsupport to theSales team andensure projects arecorrectly scoped andinstallation-ready.

Identify and implementcontinuousprocess improvements acrossthe installation operation.

Ensure full compliancewith OH&Srequirements; and allrelevant industry regulations.

Coordinate procurement andequipment ordering toensure upcoming installationsare fully prepared.

Assist with recruitment, staff KPIs, performancemanagement andregular performance reviews.

Maintain strong communicationand coordination betweenSales, Administration,Service and Installation.

What we are Looking For

Proven experience insolar and batteryinstallation.

Solid technical understandingof residential solarand battery systems.

Excellent organisationalskills and attentionto detail.

Strong communication andproblem-solving skills.

Genuine commitment tosafety, quality andcustomer service.

Current Victorian DriverLicense.

Full Australian workingrights.

Positive attitude andteam-first mentality.

Ability to lead, support and communicateeffectivelywith installation teams.

Highly Regarded

Experience leading ormentoring installationteams.

SAA accreditation.

Pylon or otherCRMexperience.

Strong understanding ofinstallation quality, complianceand practical siterequirements.
