Job Description

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Relevant reception/customer service experience.
