HealthOne is seeking experienced and motivated Medical Sales Representatives to join one of our dedicated GP field teams, with multiple positions available across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

About the Role

This role is focused on healthcare professional engagement, education, relationship building and territory execution.

You will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across your territory, increasing product and brand awareness, and delivering clear, evidence-based product information in a compliant and skilled manner.

Your designated territory will include:

- General Practitioners
- Practice nurses and clinic staff
- Pharmacists

Key role responsibilities include:

- Delivering face-to-face product education to healthcare professionals
- Building strong, trusted relationships across your territory
- Planning and managing an effective call cycle
- Identifying opportunities to grow product awareness and HCP engagement
- Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and territory administration
- Representing HealthOne and our client brand with professionalism and integrity
- Working closely with your manager and wider field team to achieve activity and performance targets

About You

You may already be an experienced GP or Medical Sales Representative who understands how to manage a territory, build strong healthcare professional relationships and deliver results.

Alternatively, you may come from a relevant healthcare background and be looking to move into a commercial field-based role.

Either way, you will be confident engaging healthcare professionals, organised in your approach and motivated by delivering strong outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Experience engaging with General Practitioners or other healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence delivering product information clearly, accurately and compliantly
- Strong territory management and organisational skills
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider field team
- High attention to detail and accurate CRM administration
- A professional, resilient and self-motivated approach

Experience in GP sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare or medical sales will be highly regarded.

Candidates must be based within, or close to, the Brisbane South / Gold Coast territory and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
