We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for full time role.

Candidate requirements

- Have previous experience working in a customer service role or warehouse role
- Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
- Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
- Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
- Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
- Be self-motivated, a good problem solverand adaptable
- Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
- Be able to lift boxes (up to 15 + 20kg)

Key responsibilities

- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
- Lead,



support and coordinate the pick and pack team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Pick, pack and dispatch wholesale orders
- Maintain accurate inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes
- Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure products are easy to locate, access and pick
- Receive incoming stock deliveries, allocate storage locations and ensure stock is put away
- Monitor and replenish warehouse consumables, including boxes, satchels, labels, tape and stationery
- Maintain a clean, secure and organised warehouse and dispatch area
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse, inventory and dispatch processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Process customer returns/requests, inspect returned stock and ensure inventory records are updated correctly
