We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our warm and supportive care team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care, mentoring others, and making a genuine difference in residents' lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care

Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation

Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families

Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care

Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
