2025-08-18 to 2025-09-19 Adelaide Paediatrics Senior Occupational Therapist Morphett Vale, SA 5162 Full-time Permanent Adelaide Paediatrics is a caring; multidisciplinary team committed to supporting children with medical and developmental needs. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care at our Morphett Vale clinic with opportunities to also work in schools and home settings where appropriate. What you'll do: Assess, plan, and deliver therapy programs for children. Complete assessments, progress reports, and NDIS/Medicare documentation. Provide referrals and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals. Deliver both individual therapy and group-based programs. Mentor junior OTs, students, and Allied Health Assistants. Actively contribute to team development, supervision, and CPD activities. Qualifications: Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA registration. Eligible for Medicare Provider numbers. DHS Working with Children Check and relevant criminal history clearances. RRHAN-EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse & Neglect)
training. Completion of Safer Environments for Children and Young People training. Up-to-date First Aid certification (desirable). Experience: Minimum 3 years paediatric OT experience. Strong knowledge of NDIS and Medicare processes. Experience working with children with a variety of conditions (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay). Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment. Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, adaptable, and client-focused approach. Strong report-writing and clinical documentation skills. Ability to supervise and mentor colleagues and students. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Genie software advantageous.
