What You’ll Do

- Prepare and present high-quality pub-style dishes with consistency and care.

- Work closely with a tight-knit kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service.

- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.

- Assist with menu ideas and help showcase sustainable Australian ingredients.

- Maintain calm and focus during busy service periods.
