b.recruitment is partnering with Holme Beauty to find their Warehouse Manager. They are looking for a hands on operator who will own the distribution side of a growing luxury makeup brand.

They run their own distribution out of their South Melbourne studio. As they grow, how well that operation runs shapes how every customer experiences the brand. This role sits right at the centre of that.

About the role

This is a hands on role, not a desk job. You will own everything that happens once stock lands at South Melbourne: receiving it, keeping it accurate, getting every order out the door on time and in full, and building the team that makes that possible.

You will be picking and packing alongside the team when it gets busy. As order volume grows, you will be the one building out the picker packer team from the ground up: hiring, training, rostering and holding the standard day to day.

What you will be doing

- Own stock management end to end, from receiving supplier shipments to accurate, organised inventory
- Manage order fulfilment so every online and wholesale order goes out on time,



in full and well presented
- Run all inbound and outbound logistics with the freight forwarder, from scheduling shipments through to resolving delays and issues
- Keep Shopify, Australia Post and distribution software connected and accurate
- Build, roster and manage the picker packer team as order volume grows, including hiring, onboarding and day to day performance
- Set and maintain the standard for a secure, clean and well organised warehouse
- Find and fix inefficiencies in how stock moves through the warehouse and how orders get packed and shipped

About you

- Real experience running warehouse or distribution operations, ideally somewhere you had to build the systems yourself rather than inherit them
- Confident working across Shopify, Australia Post and distribution or inventory software
- Comfortable managing people, or genuinely ready to take on your first people leadership role
- Sharp, organised and hands on. You notice when something is off and fix it before anyone has to ask
- Calm under pressure through peak periods, without letting the standard slip
- Someone who thrives in a fast moving small business where the job on any given day is not always exactly what is on this page

Employment: Full time, permanent

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation
