As an Operational Services Officer, you'll help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, residents, visitors, and staff. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of essential services that help deliver quality care every day.

- Delivering reliable support services that keep healthcare environments running efficiently.
- Maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable spaces that enhance patient and visitor experiences.
- Following safety, hygiene, and infection control standards that protect community wellbeing.
- Providing professional and responsive support while contributing to a positive team culture.

- Experience in operational support services, healthcare, hospitality, aged care, or a similar environment.
- Strong ability to follow procedures and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and undertake physically active duties.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural healthcare or aged care settings and/or additional training in infection control, food safety, or workplace health and safety.
