Saltbush Social Enterprises is seeking a compassionate Trainee Mentor for the Skills for Education and Employment program in Tennant Creek. You’ll work with the SEE team to provide strengths-based mentoring and personalised support, helping participants overcome barriers and set goals.

On-the-job learning, supervision and formal training will build the skills needed to support employment pathways, with a commitment to completing the mentoring qualification and contributing to program reporting.
