You'll be the operational glue between customers, support teams and vendors on a major Queensland Government technology program.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hardware assets, including break fix, spares pool and audits.
- Coordinate vendor service reviews and operational meetings, following through on actions.
- Support the Service Delivery Manager on budget, contracts and the Technology Lifecycle Plan.
- Contribute to minor works and ICT projects tied to the Technology Lifecycle Plan.
What you need
- Experience in ITIL-based environments.
