Working as part of a team and under general direction, the position undertakes maintenance activities, assists with contractor coordination and contributes to both planned and reactive maintenance works.

Key responsibilities

- We directly contribute to protected-guarding Australia's plant species from extinctions and are responsible for leading, building and sharing knowledge of our Australian flora.
- In this role you will be responsible for: Identify and report maintenance requirements and assist with coordinating and completing approved works.
- In this role you will be responsible for: Under general direction, undertake a range of facilities, asset and infrastructure maintenance activities including carpentry, painting, paving, plumbing, irrigation and other trade related works, and assist with the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, lighting and pumping infrastructure systems.
- In this role you will be responsible for: Share in rostered on-call duties to support site operational needs out of standard working hours.
