Freedom Motors Australia is a private family owned company. We are the leading vehicle modifier for wheelchair accessibility in Australia.

We are looking for a bright and hardworking individual to be part of the team that modify vehicles for wheelchair access. The position is a permanent, full time position at our premises in St Marys NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

- Modifying of vehicles like, Kia Carnival and Hyundai Staria
- Assemble according to specifications.
- Welding & Fabricating.
- Working with deadlines.
- Servicing, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Maintain a clean and protected working area.

To be successful for the role you must have:

- AQF Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent or relevant experience




- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Minimum 5 years Welding/ Fabrication experience.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Must be able to read and interpret assembly manuals.
- Willing to make overtime.
- Have a high level of pride of workmanship and attention to detail.
- High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Remuneration/ Salary

Salary range from $78,000- $80,000. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
