What We’re Looking For:
- Empathy and compassion in supporting individuals with disabilities and elderly clients.
- Previous experience in disability support and/or aged/home care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Have completed theNDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’.
- Have a clear NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- NDIS Knowledge desirable: understanding of NDIS and able to implement individualised tailored support plans in day-to-day routines, ensuring clients receive the support and services they need.
- Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude.
- Working rights in Australia.
- A current First Aid (obtained within two years) and current CPR
Your Role:
- SIL Support: Provide personal care,
daily living support, and community engagement for individuals in specialist accommodation.
