This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working closely with operational teams and ensuring the financial side of a busy service-based business runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing and associated payroll administration
- Superannuation and payroll-related reconciliations
- Preparing information for BAS and assisting with statutory reporting requirements
- Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB
- Following up outstanding customer accounts
- Supplier account reconciliations and payment processing
- Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting

About you

- Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Strong experience with MYOB
- Experience processing payroll
- A good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy




- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Bookkeeping qualifications or experience would be advantageous
