As an Enrolled Nurse at, At Ease Community Nursing, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' health and wellbeing while contributing to the overall success of the nursing team. You will deliver qualified nursing care to clients in their homes and within the community.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering professional nursing care to clients in their homes and within the community
- Assisting with wound care, post operative care, mobility assistance, medication management, palliative care, general and mental health and personal care and hygiene, as per care plans
- Monitoring client health status and reporting any changes to the registered nurses
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care




- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices and procedures
- Working early mornings and/or afternoons and each second weekend

About you

- Current AHPRA registration required at the time of application
- New graduate, or experience as an Enrolled Nurse
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
- Current full driver's license required for community visits
- Minimum of 1 year community nursing or aged care experience requiredine>ilist other elements> :4
