About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines retail pharmacy, project coordination, and customer service.

You will play an significant role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while identifying opportunities to improve services, develop the business and deliver projects that support our customers, clients, and care organisation partners. You will also be a key support to our national team of pharmacists through strong administrative coordination.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, high level of communication skills, ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business, and a desire to aid in improving the health outcomes of our diverse client base.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, this role sits within our pharmacy and group office corporate function. You will have exposure across different areas of the business and work dynamically to achieve success.





This role is located in Wellcamp, Toowoomba and you will work 38hrs per week across standard retail hours Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and retail environment

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders

- Identify and support business development opportunities to grow the pharmacy services and retail offerings

- Assist with retail service, merchandising, education, and customer engagement

- Support coordination of projects, systems, and processes used in clinical and administrative workflows

- Contribute to project planning and meeting project objectives and deliverables

- Ensure efficient data management and maintain the data integrity of records within our internal databases

- Work collaboratively with remote cross-functional teams

- Adapt to changing priorities and supporting the team where required

- Answer and triage telephone calls

- Support onsite pharmacists in their delivery of clinical services to clients

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a pharmacy environment and enjoys a role where no two days are necessarily the same .

You will have:

- 3-5 years' experience working in a retail pharmacy environment highly regarded

- Certificate III or higher in Pharmacy or Administration Management highly regarded

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills

- An interest in business development, retail and improving the customer experience.

- Experience coordinating tasks, projects, or initiatives

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems

- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- The ability to adapt positively to changing business needs and priorities

- Confidence working with different people and building positive relationships

- Good technology and computer skills
