Major Infrastructure Project | Multiple Positions Randstad is looking for experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major road and bridge infrastructure upgrade project. We are recruiting operators across the following machinery:

- Excavators
- Skid steers
- Backhoes
- Tandem tipper trucks
- Rollers

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

- Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects
- Relevant plant tickets or licences
- Construction White Card
- HR licence for tandem truck positions




- Experience working around live traffic, machinery and ground crews
- Ability to complete daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills
- Reliable transport and availability for consistent hours Operators with experience in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, bridge construction or major infrastructure projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
