The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter/Builder to join our team. This role suits someone who can run jobs, think ahead, and deliver high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged.

You’ll be working across a mix of residential and commercial projects, including renovations, maintenance, and small builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Running and delivering small renovation and maintenance jobs
- General carpentry: framing (timber & metal), trusses, fit-outs, extensions
- Working across residential and commercial sites
- Handling defect and remediation work
- Supervising and guiding other workers when required




- Ordering and coordinating materials with suppliers
- Following scope of works and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
- Keeping clear communication with the team and clients

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified Carpenter (essential)
- Strong experience across carpentry, maintenance, and general building
- Able to run jobs independently and take ownership of your work
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality finishes
- Strong communication and team attitude
- Driver’s licence (required)
