As a Chef at the Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This full-time position is based in our kitchen located in Mount Warren Park, QLD 4207.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting the Head Chef in the overall management and operation of the kitchen
- Supervising and training the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Coordinating the daily food preparation
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and implement recent menu items
- Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills




- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Food safety and hygiene certification
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
