Portofinos Beach.Bar.Kitchen is looking for a hands-on, personable Manager to join the team and work in our beachside location.

Portofinos Beach Bar & Kitchen environment has two bar areas, a main dining room, a grassed area and a separate function area for social gatherings, soaking up the beach atmosphere from the views on the balcony. Portofinos is all about relaxed dining that is easily enjoyed during the day or for after-work drinks that pairs perfectly with any lazy afternoon beverage.

What do we need from you?

- Proven experience in a fast-paced Hospitality VenueManagement role




- Understanding and ability of venue reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Write and control an effective rosterfor both front-of-house and back-of-house
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Recruit and induct new staff members into the business
- Work with and communicate effectively with all departments
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
